About

Enterprise Risk Management’s insurance objective is to protect the University and its community members against risks of financial loss to property and casualty-related occurrences. We play a key role in the management of the University’s insurance portfolio. We recognize and appreciate that many other campus units and our department insurance liaisons share in this responsibility, and we partner with them to achieve a coordinated, cohesive, and enterprise-wide approach to managing University risks. By providing this team-oriented approach, our campus customers are assured that they have the full force of the University’s risk management resources behind them.

Liaisons, Management System, and Incident/Claim Reporting

About

Enterprise Risk Management relies on the assistance of departmental insurance liaisons to help coordinate insurance transactions such as insurance requests, renewals, accident reporting, claims management, and processing insurance invoices. Each department’s insurance liaison serves as the link between departments and Enterprise Risk Management and will be responsible for ensuring that all insurance needs of the department are conveyed to our office. A list of department liaisons can be found here.

About

The University utilizes an online insurance management system to facilitate insurance transactions. Insurance liaisons are the only individuals with access to the insurance management system.
